• Inventory data: FBA stock levels, inbound shipment status, stranded inventory
• Product catalog data: ASINs, SKUs, listing status, pricing, Buy Box information
• Financial reports: revenue, fees, refunds, and settlement data

All of this data belongs to Body & Mind LLC's own Amazon seller account. It is accessed solely for the purpose of managing our own internal operations. It is never shared with, sold to, or made accessible by any third party.

2.4 Amazon Advertising API Data (Internal Use)

Our internal dashboard accesses the following data from our own Amazon Advertising account via the Advertising API:

• Campaign structure: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and targeting
• Campaign performance: impressions, clicks, spend, sales, ACoS, ROAS
• Search term and keyword reports
• Budget and bid data

This data belongs exclusively to Body & Mind LLC's advertising account and is used solely to monitor and manage our own PPC campaigns internally. It is not shared with or accessible by any third party.

3. How We Use Data

• To operate and display our internal operations dashboard for Body & Mind LLC team members only
• To monitor and manage our own Amazon orders, inventory, listings, and advertising campaigns
• To respond to contact form inquiries submitted through our website

We do not use any Amazon-sourced data for advertising, profiling, sale to third parties, or any purpose outside of managing our own Amazon business.

4. Amazon API Compliance

• All API credentials are stored securely and access is restricted to authorized Body & Mind LLC personnel.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data or Amazon account data with any third party, except:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers who operate under strict data processing agreements and have no independent access to our data.
• Legal obligations where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Body & Mind LLC or others.

We protect all data using industry-standard security practices including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest

Amazon-sourced operational data is retained only as long as necessary for our business reporting needs, typically up to 24 months. Website contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.
